Cherries!


Cherries are my main summer fruit this year! They taste the best to me when they're firm, juicy and sweet. Some of the benefits of cherries are: they are full of antioxidants, they help slow down the aging process, they help with prevention of chronic illnesses like heart disease, obesity, cancer, diabetes, etc. and they promote healthy sleep. They are also an anti-inflammatory food, providing relief from gout, arthritis and joint pain. They are also great for after a workout! Love 'em!
