Rosemary has a wonderfully distinctive taste and smell, and it can be used in so many foods and drinks. Because of its strength, there is no need to use too much in your meals, since a little can go a very long way. It also has so many health benefits, such as: it's high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, helping improve the immune system, blood circulation, and digestion; it helps fight off free radicals that can cause brain damage and it protects against macular degeneration, improving health of the eyes. It's one of my favorite herbs to use in my food.
