
There are so many great things to say about watercress. It's considered a superfood, grown in natural spring water. It has a pleasantly distinctive, but not overpowering, taste. Since I started eating it, I try to add this to all my soups and other dishes that involve any type of greens. It contains calcium, magnesium and potassium may help bring down blood pressure. It can help treat things like cough, respiratory tract inflammation, bronchitis, tuberculosis and constipation. It contains Vitamins A, C, K and E, as well as folate and choline. It also contains other minerals like phosphorus, selenium and manganese. It's wonderful!
