Wild Rice


I recently started using wild rice as a replacement for brown rice, since I cut out white rice so many years ago, and it's become another favorite of mine. It has so many benefits such as boosting the immune system, strengthening heart health, eliminating diarrhea, bloating and cramping, aiding in weight loss and obesity prevention, stimulating body growth and development, and even reducing neural tubal defects in newborns. I personally love its color, texture and taste, and I can eat it with everything I would normally eat with white and brown rice. Try it when you get the chance, you might like it!
